ensure the inclusion of youth with disabilities in
school-to-work systems. The NTA website contains

CCSSO is a nationwide, nonprofit organization of the

The National Alliance of Business is a national business

Association of State Directors of Special Education
NASDSE promotes and supports education programs
for students with disabilities in the United States and
outlying areas. NASDSE is a not-for-profit corporation
established in 1938. It operates for the
purpose of providing services to State agencies to
facilitate their efforts to maximize educational outcomes
for individuals with disabilities.

NCEO provides national leadership in the
participation of students with disabilities and limited
English proficient students in national and state
assessments, standards-setting efforts, and graduation

PACER Center
(Parent Advocacy Coalition for Educational Rights)
PACER's mission is to improve and expand opportunities
that enhance the quality of life for children and young
adults with all disabilities - physical, mental,
emotional, learning - and their families. PACER now
offers 20 major programs, including Parent Training
programs, programs for students and schools, and
technical assistance to parent centers both regionally
and nationally. PACER's programs help parents become
informed and effective representatives for their children
in early childhood, school-age and vocational settings.
Institute on
Community Integration
ICI believe that persons with developmental disabilities
should live as valued members of our communities,
receiving the services and supports they need to fully
develop their potential. Based on this belief, it
conducts research and training, and shares information
intended to prevent and reduce the limiting effects of
disabilities.
