The National Transition Network, in collaboration with other National Transition Alliance partners, coordinates monthly conference call presentations available to individuals across the U.S. by telephone. Topics are chosen based on feedback from our target audience (persons implementing school-to-work systems at the state level). These activities are sponsored by the National Transition Alliance for Youth with Disabilities.

Note: Transcripts of conference calls held after January 2001 will be available on the National Center on Secondary Education and Transition Web site.
